Visit the Colosseum : the most impressive building created during the Roman Empire!

The Colosseum:

If you visit Rome, make sure you take the time to visit the Colosseum – it’s a truly amazing sight. The Colosseum is the largest structure of the area and was created around 80 CE. Currently in ruins, this structure is a beautiful sight and a popular tourist attraction.

With the ‘Ticketbar Combi-Deal’ you also get access to the Palatino and Roman Forum!

The Palatino Hill and Roman Forum:

On Palatino Hill you find the ruins of palaces, a museum and other beautiful buildings. Located between the Colosseum and Vittorio Emanuele II Monument, you find the forums. The forums were the heart of the late Roman Republic and of the Roman Empire.

How does it work?

It is very simple. Just select a timeslot when you would like to visit the Colosseum. Once you have entered the Colosseum, then you can stay as long as you want.

*Due to high season tickets for the Colosseum without video guide are limited available. When there is no availability for the regular tickets, we will offer you the tickets with video guide. Please note these tickets are more expensive than the tickets without video guide.

There are 2 entrances at the Colosseum. One for visitors without tickets and one for visitors with ´reserved entry´. Please note that in this entrance gateway, when you travel with children, you need to identify the age of children at the Ticket Desk which is located in this special entrance gate.

Reduced ticket: Between 18 to 25 years old – EU citizen only (the visitor has to be under the age of 25. 25+ or older a full price ticket is required).

Be aware!

The Colosseum staff will ask you for your ID.

EU citizen up to 25 years old may select the Reduced ticket option.

Non-EU citizen, even up to 25 years old, please select the Adult option.

You can also buy the child ticket with a low fee at the Colosseum itself but, please note, the Fast Track addition will not be included. The skip the line tickets can be purchased from this site.
